The Infrastructure that ARCS manages is quite extensive. It is our goal however, to provide one contact point for all users and interested parties. We'll ensure your request ends up in the right hands. Send email to help@arcs.org.au.
Many users find it best to send the email from their normal email client, this will insure that the correct return address is used. We'll send back, almost immediately, an email giving you a tracking number, and if you use that email to reply from, it will keep an exchange associated with the initial request.
If, despite our best intentions, you don't hear back from one of our staff in a reasonable time, please make sure you send us a reminder, as we take the prompt resolution of users' help requests very seriously.
